BiTape 901G

BiTape 901G is the heavy duty double sided tape specified for permanent structural bonds in extreme industrial conditions.

Structural Bonding That Survives the Road.

Specified for automotive assembly lines. Gray Acrylic Foam Tape delivers a permanent bond that withstands vibration, thermal cycling and mechanical stress. Service range -20 to 120 °C, dynamic shear 7.3 kgf/cm² (103.8 psi).

Application and Handling

Surfaces must be free of dust, grease, oil and water. Use isopropyl alcohol as cleaner on both surfaces. Bond strength depends on surface area in direct contact with the tape. Apply firm pressure for a proper bond.
